Re-Architecting Identity Through Neuro-Language and States of Being

From Repeated Blueprint to Conscious Architecture

Re-Architecting Identity Through Neuro-Language and States of Being Training teaches you how to recognize what has been mapping your life, where identity decay begins, and how to architect Who You Are Becoming generating new States of Being through Metacognition and Neuro-Language.

This training is for therapists, hypnotherapists, coaches, empaths, teenagers and young adults, individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond managing patterns and begin re-architecting the inner experience of The Self.

  • Therapists & Coaches
  • Empaths & Ultra-Sensitive
  • Teenagers & Young Adults
  • Individuals & Couples

Identity is Who You Are, What Moves Through You, and Who You Are Becoming.

Identity is not only your personality. It is not only your story, your beliefs, your emotions, your past, or your behavior.

Identity is the inner architecture through which you experience yourself, relate to others, respond to life, and decide what feels possible for you.

Some parts of identity are chosen.
Many parts are learned.
Some were shaped by family, culture, relationships, protection, fear, rejection, success, failure, social roles, and the need to belong.

Over time, what is repeated can begin to feel like “this is just who I am.”

But it may not be who you are. It may be what has been moving through you for a long time.

At the center of Identity Architecture is The Self.

The Self is the deeper “you” that can observe. Identity is the current architecture being experienced.  Identity Architecture works with the patterns that shape identity so a person can begin to recognize what is automatic, what is protective, what is inherited, what is socially projected, and what no longer belongs to who they are becoming.

This work moves beyond symptom management by using Metacognition, Neuro-Language, Word Triangles, and the intentional generation of States of Being to re-architect the inner conditions that shape experience.

Identity Architecture does not ask only, “How do I feel?” It asks the deeper question:  Who am I becoming?

Re-Architecting Identity Through Neuro-Language and States of Being Training teaches you how to recognize what has been mapping your life, where identity decay begins, and how to architect Who You Are Becoming by generating new States of Being through Metacognition and Neuro-Language.

Identity Architecture works on the structure that generates identity.

It changes the internal conditions that make particular thoughts, reactions, behaviors, and versions of The Self become automatic.

When those conditions change, identity reorganizes to wholeness.

Module 1: The Self, Inner Blueprints and Identity Decay

Before you can change a blueprint pattern, you need to see what is mapping you.

This module helps you recognize relationship roles, protection patterns, and the places where The Self decays because of fear, guilt, resentment, control, validation, performance, or the wound.

You will learn what identity decay means in everyday life: when an old pattern starts feeling like “just who I am.”   You will gain clarity over identity level work and identity architecture work.

Core focus: old blueprint, repeated patterns, identity decay, relationship roles, protection, and The Self.

Why it matters:

Individual reactions do not exist alone.

They occur inside a larger internal design that quietly determines what becomes easy, difficult, repeated, or inevitable.
Identity Architecture works with that design.

Online, once a week, 4 consecutive weeks

Prerequisite:

None

Module 2: Metacognition, Noticing What Moves Through You while Re-architecting your Inner Pillars

Metacognition is the skill that makes Identity Architecture possible.

In this module, you learn how to observe through detachment and simultaneous time before triggers take over your behavior. You learn the difference between The Self and the current architecture being experienced.   Instead of saying, “This is who I am,” you begin learning to say, “This is moving through me.”

This creates a new kind of communication. Each person begins to notice their own reaction before turning it into attack, withdrawal, defense, blame, or collapse.

Core focus: metacognition, self-observation, detached observation, metaemotion, pause, choice, and metacognitive awareness.

Why it matters?

Different conditions would allow another version of The Self to emerge.
Identity Architecture reorganizes:

  • where attention repeatedly rests
  • which emotional-feeling states are available
  • how the person stabilizes under stress
  • how different parts of experience operate together
  • what the nervous system begins to recognize as familiar

Prerequisite:

Module 1

Module 3: Neuro-Language, The Alchemy of Generating States of Being

Words do not only describe your experience. Words help create your experience.

This module introduces Neuro-Language in a practical way. You learn how words can activate fear, soften resistance, create clarity, build courage, strengthen self-trust, recognize inner-authority and generate a new State of Being from the inside.

You will begin learning how Word Triangles work, why they are not affirmations, and how specific words can help re-architect what moves through you.   Neuro-Language helps shift the emotional field of communication.

The goal is not better wording only. The goal is re-Architecting with Metacognition, Neuro-Language and different State of Being that need embodiment.

Core focus: Neuro-Language, Word Triangles, Neuro-Affective Imprint, emotional-feeling precision, State of Being generation, and inner change.

Why it matters?

  • each individual response exists inside a larger design
  • the design influences what becomes easy, difficult, or automatic
  • changing one isolated behavior may provide temporary improvement
  • changing the generating system allows multiple responses to reorganize together

Prerequisite:

Module 2

Online, once a week, 6 consecutive weeks

Module 4: Empath’s Self-Others Distinction

Sensitivity without architecture can become absorption.

This module is for ultra-sensitive people and empaths who feel deeply and absorb too much, or lose themselves in another person’s emotional state.

You will learn how to recognize what belongs to you and what may belong to another person, strengthen self-other distinction, and use metacognition to stay connected without becoming overwhelmed.

This module helps reduce emotional merging, over-responsibility, rescuing, shutdown, resentment, and sensitivity-based conflict.

Core focus: empaths, ultra-empaths, emotional boundaries, self-other distinction, relationship patterns, and sensitivity with architecture.

Why it matters:

Individual reactions do not exist alone.

Some people do not merely notice emotion. They receive it. They feel the shift in a room before anyone speaks. This both a biological capacity and a social skill.

Empathy is a flexible, context-dependent phenomenon that can be trained and modulated. You may share emotional resonance with someone and still know the difference between your experience and theirs: this distinction is what many empaths are missing.

 Module 3

Module 5: Practitioner Training: Identity Architecture in Practice

For therapists, hypnotherapists, coaches, healers, and helping professionals, this training is a must.

This module introduces the practitioner side of Identity Architecture. You learn how to listen beneath the client’s words, recognize identity decay, notice the State of Being the client may be speaking from, and use metacognition and Neuro-Language with greater precision.

The practitioner’s own State of Being also becomes part of the work. Your presence and State of Being affect the field of therapeutic change.

You will learn diagnostic and prescription with Word Triangles to re-architect inner pillars of current identity.

This is not just about learning another technique. It is about becoming more precise in who you are while you are helping.

Core focus: practitioner State of Being, Neuro-Language, Word Triangle neuro-affective imprint, diagnostic and prescription with Word Triangles, metacognitive therapeutic skills, therapeutic  State of Being.

Why it matters?

  • Techniques matter, but the practitioner’s own State of Being matters too.
  • Therapeutic presence is not treated here as a pleasant quality, but as part of the intervention itself.
  • A client may come in wanting to become more confident but that can mean many different things.
  • A client may need self-esteem, regulation, grief work, meaning, boundaries, emotional repair, etc or they may need to understand why every new story eventually collapses back into the old blueprint.
  • A practitioner can hold more therapeutic authority without becoming dominant.

 Module 4

Practitioners who wish to continue toward Identity Architecture Practitioner Certification will complete supervised case-based work. Certification is not granted only for attending the training module. It requires demonstrated application of Identity Architecture principles, including metacognitive observation, diagnostic and prescription with Word Triangles, Neuro-Language precision, and practitioner State of Being.

Case work may include written case reflections, practice examples, Word Triangle applications, and supervised review. The goal is to ensure that practitioners can apply Identity Architecture responsibly, ethically, and with the level of therapeutic State of Being required for deeper therapeutic change.

As the creator of Feelfulness®, Meta-Conscious Therapeutic Design, Carmen Sauciuc developed this pioneering system by integrating metapsychology, neuroscience, metacognition, hypnosis and emotional-feeling design into a precise system for understanding how identity is subconsciously developed and how the nervous system creates our everyday experiences.

Feelfulness®, with its Identity Architecture, teaches individuals and practitioners how to intentionally generate internal States of Being and design emotional-feeling architecture that restructures the subconscious patterns through which identity develops.

As your instructor, Carmen teaches from lived mastery. She models how to Feel a Feeling by Choice, install internal Identity Pillars through Neuro-Language Constructs, and embody coherent States of Being for the lasting evolution of your identity.

Carmen is a board certified instructor by the International Association of Counselor and Therapists and by the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotists.
